We are excited to share the news of our next initiative, "Discover Change," a transforming program meant to enhance the well-being of community women and youth.
About the Program
"Discover Change" offers stimulating and empowering activities that are designed to promote mental, physical, and emotional health. The program is designed to assist participants in better recognizing and managing their emotions, especially under pressure. With an emphasis on resilience, self-esteem, and emotional intelligence, we hope to provide our participants the skills they require to thrive in daily life.
We are excited to have a vibrant group of young people, ages 12 to 15, join us in August sessions. They are about to explore their emotions and create new coping mechanisms. We'll be aiding their personal development with our activities, which will include games, conversations, self-reflection tasks, and outdoor adventures.
In September we will be welcoming a varied group of women from a range of ages and backgrounds to our workshops in September. Through training sessions, group activities, and educational trips, our September courses will offer an encouraging and motivating environment for personal development.
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in open dialogue and open discussions around personal development and emotional well-being.
In these enjoyable and interesting sessions, participants will engage in games and activities that enhance their emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
They will get to learn how to employ self-reflection and mindfulness practices to effectively manage stress and reflect on experiences.
There will also be trips to see new areas and take part in outdoor activities that promote social interaction and resilience.
